Celery Apple Slaw

  • 1 whole Celery Heart
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 red apples
  • 200ml of buttermilk
  • 200ml of whole egg mayo
  • Salt and pepper
  • ¼ bunch of picked Parsley
  • 1 lemon


Cut apple, carrot and celery into matchstick size pieces (you can grate the carrot and apple if you choose). Whisk the buttermilk with your mayo and add finely chopped parsley. Add the mayo dressing to the vegetables and apple. Season with salt, pepper and lemon.
