Ingredients

  • 10 celery sticks
  • 100g of goat’s cheese
  • ¼ bunch of pitted Cherries
  • ¼ bunch of tarragon picked

Method

Heat oven to 180C. Cut celery sticks to desired length, place celery on a non-stick tray and fill with goat’s cheese. Bake in oven until goat’s cheese is golden. Cut Cherries in half and pick the tarragon. Once celery pieces are ready, garnish with Cherries and tarragon.
