Watermelon Wakeup

Watermelon changed my life when it was on offer at an aid station at Mt.Buffalo, the first time I ran the ultra there. I decided to make juice version of it, which I still use today in my drop bags. Serve it icy cold to help hydrate your body in the morning and to replenish those cells.

  • ¼ of a watermelon
  • 1 handful of picked mint leaves
  • 2 limes squeezed
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp of chia
  • 1 cup of coconut water
