This dressing is my go to salad dressing, versatile on any. Works best with bitter greens, lettuce or a grain Salad. Try substituting the white balsamic with Red wine vinegar, or the lemon with fresh mandarin or orange juice.
- 1 tbs of Wholegrain mustard
- 3 tbs of White balsamic
- 200ml of Olive oil
- ½ lemon squeezed
- Pinch of Salt
- Crack of Black pepper
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl except the Olive oil.
Slowly drizzle your oil in a even but slow pour, mixing the whole time with your whisk. The goal is to have this dressing emulsified, (not split) if it does split don’t stress. Just stir before adding to your Salad.
